From raw materials to brewing techniques, discover the secrets of the malted beverage... before savouring it during a tasting.

Visit- Tasting of the cuisine of L'Âme au Vert

From 3pm to 4pm and from 5pm to 7pm All Public – Without reservation – 6 people simultaneously The kitchen of the restaurant L'Âme au Vert exceptionally opens its doors to the public. At the heart of an old Flemish farm, come discover behind the scenes of a committed, local and seasonal cuisine, led by chef Étienne Hazelaere. The visit ends with a tasting "from field to plate", concocted from the products of the producers present.
