Toogs Artist Workshop is housed in a stone-built 132 year old former Wesleyan Chapel situated in Burra Isle, Shetland. Today the building provides a home to Shetland’s artist-led organisation Gaada, which offers inclusive access to a range of specialist creative facilities and support to artists in Shetland.
For Doors Open Days join us for a tour of Toogs Artist Workshop and in-person Shetland Artist's Shop.
Unfortunately, the building is currently inaccessible to wheelchairs due to narrow stone doorways, and numerous internal steps. The organisation is currently progressing a redevelopment to make the site fully accessible.
