Inaugurated in 2019, the Mirabellum offers its visitors the opportunity to travel through time and discover the history of the VIIIth Auguste Legion, which came to Mirebeau-sur-Bèze in the 1st century AD. The 8th Legion camp, revealed by aerial archaeology and then by excavations, is highlighted in the Mirabellum. This Interpretation Centre is equipped with mediation tools that allow everyone, in support of the exhibition of archaeological remains, to discover the Roman camp, the life of the legionaries and the work of archaeologists.
