Guided tours of 45 minutes are offered at 11 am and 3:30 pm to tell you the history of the historic monument, and at 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm to explore the remarkable Romanesque carved decor of the old abbey church. All the spaces of the permanent tour of the site are accessible for free visits: they tell the successive lives of the abbey since its foundation in the 12th century and highlight the exceptional pieces from the departmental, medieval and prehistoric collections. The exhibition presented in 2025, Abbeys from the sky by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, echoes the theme of this 42nd edition of the JEP, "Architectural heritage," and takes you, from the cloister gallery to the choir of the former abbey church, in an air trip to discover architectural jewels of France and the world.
