Overview

German work built by the organization TODT from 1943\\. The underground was to serve as a shelter for the engineers of the Fest Pi Stab 27 working on the implantation of bunkers and special weapons in the North zone. It is composed of a vast network of unfinished underground galleries, carved in chalk on the site of an old quarry of the sixteenth century. Summarily the work could be described as follows: Two large parallel galleries 30 metres apart from each other, connected by 6 galleries 4 metres wide and having a height under the vault of 2,9m These galleries were each divided into 8 offices and served by a corridor one meter wide. -Guided tour lasting about 45 min -Entrance 2€, free for accompanied children -Remember to take a warm garment, Site temperature 12°C -A reconstitution group will be present at the entrance of the site "Ordnance Group"
