Old(Former) rest home of the Moines de Saint Julien, Baudry was then aldermen's property of Tours(Ballots,Towers) the castle of which the one made rebuild and surrounded it with man-made lakes drawn by pupils of Ours, what was worth it the nickname of "small Versailles of Touraine". Acquired(Bought back) by a son of the marshal Masséna, then by his brother-in-law the future marshal Reille, he(it) was restored by this one, then by his grandson who made re-draw the park. Wood which surround him(her,it) are managed today to answer new wooden demand(request) without degrading the aesthetics of the site.
