Guided tour in a paper mill
The mill of Rouzique dates of 1530 and is on the edges of Couze. It makes left thirteen mills with papers installed(settled) near(about) this river. Couze became then the cradle of the papéterie périgordine. He(It) stopped his(its) production in 1993\\. After years of restoration(catering), the Mill of Rouzique is in a fit state of walking(step) today. Since 2008, the Au fil du Temps association saw itself attributing the management of this site steeped in history. The visitors can visit him(it) today and go back in time to understand the manufacturing process of the paper cloth(rag) and to realise their own individual sheet(leaf). One are found there also a museum of the paper as well as a specialised shop.
