Grégory Legrand, craftsman installed(settled) in the district of Fives since 2011, invites you to discover the craft(home-made) manufacturing of the nougat of former days. You will observe in particular the old(former) machines of manufacturing of candy(candy stores), the cold table with traffic(circulation) of water and of the brass caldrons dating of 1920.
