Le Tiers-Lieu L'îlotCo is a friendly place, open to all (without membership) where residents, local actors, institutions – from Saint-Georges du Bois and elsewhere – can meet, forge ties and develop projects together. It is a space that everyone can appropriate. The îlotCo is implanted within a remarkable rural heritage, in Saint-Georges du Bois, in Sarthe (72). At the L'îlotCo bakery, Linda, a farmer-baker, makes natural sourdough bread twice a week. It’s open to everyone, on order from Linda. The îlotCo is also an association where everyone brings their ideas and desires and where, together, we give them life!
