From grain to bread... Located in the heart of Bergerac, the Moulin de Citole found in 2023 its roof, its wings, and its original mechanism. Built in 1765, this windmill is one of the last buildings of this type still present in the territory. As before, it transforms wheat into flour. The interior fittings make it possible to discover a complex mechanism, driven by the wings, and to understand the functioning of the wheels of the flour mill.
