Visit of the mill (still in activity) and presentation of the miller’s work. The Moulin du Foulon belongs to the Lallemant family since 1840\\. Generations of millers have succeeded each other in passing on the know-how of a craft over time. Today, Aurélien and Olivier, two young enthusiasts, take over to ensure the continuation of the history and tradition of the French artisanal milling. They work with wheat grown exclusively in Côte d'Or, in a reasoned and local farming approach.
