On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, enter the natural cellars of Roquefort Société and discover all the know-how around this gastronomic jewel. 👉 On the agenda:

• Free guided tour of the refining cellars
• Film retracing the Roquefort Company sector and its history
• Tasting of the 4 Roqueforts Company A unique gastronomic and architectural heritage: these cellars, dug in the Combalou mountain, benefit from exceptional natural conditions, conducive to the development of Penicillium Roqueforti which gives the cheese its unique taste. Duration of the visit: about 1h. 🍽️ The restaurant La Cave des Saveurs will also be open to extend the experience around local products.
