From the top of the hill «Le Monts aux Ours», the remains of the castle of Montoussé offer a journey into history and offers a magnificent view of the valley of Neste, the Pyrenees and the Plateau of Lannemezan. This place encourages by its wild and preserved side, to reverie. It offers us an exceptional view of the Neste valley, the Pic du Midi de Bigorre and the Pyrenees. Long owned by the Kings of France since the 13th century. In 1995, these remains came out of oblivion thanks to the sustained work of the association of the Friends of the Castle Fort of Montoussé.
