Overview
Erected in the 12th century and deeply remodeled over the centuries, the church of Chamboulive looks beautiful. From the 12th-13th centuries, particularly noteworthy is its dome on pendentives at the crossing of the transept, as well as, externally, its apse decorated with a cornice with modillions. This church also has a remarkable statuary in stone and polychrome wood. At the beginning of the 20th century, it was enriched with three neo-Ccistercian stained-glass windows, made in the workshop of the master glassmaker Francis Chigot. Informations Free.
