On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, Les Manoirs des Portes de Deauville, a 16th-century manor listed as a Historic Monument, invites the public to discover this jewel of Norman architecture. An immersion in the heart of an exceptional heritage During three afternoons, visitors and history enthusiasts will be able to enjoy an exceptional opening of the manor and its park, with on the program: • Guided tours of the site to dive into its history and understand the stages of its restoration; • Presentation of the architecture and know-how implemented to preserve its authenticity; • Discovery of the 2.5-hectare landscaped park, reflecting the typical charm of the region. A living testimony of Norman history Classified as a Historic Monument, this former 16th century manor house embodies the elegance and architectural know-how of Normandy. Carefully restored, it combines the authenticity of its architecture with an exceptional renovation. From the entrance, the magic operates: ancient half-timbering, steep roofs, carved staircase and monumental foyer restored with meticulous invite to contemplation. Located at the gates of Deauville, it presents itself as a privileged meeting place between history, culture and lifestyle.
