For Heritage Week 2025, Abbeyleix Heritage House in collaboration with Abbeyleix Historical Society, is hosting a series of fascinating talks to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the town. These talks take place over two evenings Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th August covering a variety of interesting subjects related to the town of Abbeyleix going right back to when the town was first established in 1775.
