Show on the map

Overview
A leisurely walk along the four roads of Glencullen, an area where Giant Deer roamed 11,000 years ago. Granite and stone cutting has defined the area for generations and our megalithic ancestors built wedge tombs and dolmens. Hear of famous visitors such as Daniel O'Connell, Joseph Plunkett, Boss Croker and a man on the run for 15 years. Watch out for wee folk and resurrectionists and listen to stories of everyday life and the revolutionary period.
