After a few weeks of surprise felt by the inhabitants of the Bellefontaine district, the monument was found at the entrance of the Compans-Caffarelli garden, ready for the commemoration of the 31st anniversary of the Independence of Ukraine on August 24, 2022, six months after Russia’s massive invasion of Ukraine.
