🌿 The House of Arts and Nature – Art and landscapes by the Canal du Midi

For the third consecutive year, the association Grains d'Art offers an artistic and cultural program at the lock house of Villesèque, renamed Maison des Arts et de la Nature.

📍 From the village of Villesèquelande to the canal, follow the path of the Arts'bres and discover a poetic dialogue between nature and creation:

• On the trail: sculptures by Chamokeur, Anne Sarda, Robert Cros, Véronique Matteudi and large-format photos by Hervé Baïs
• In the lock house: engravings by Juliana Gomez Montes Loubes, drawings and inks by Eela Laitinen, framed photos by Hervé Baïs 🕒 Free entry from 10am to 5pm Also enjoy the café-bookshop on site: novels, children’s books, nature and canal documentaries, nature library corner and picnic area in a peaceful setting.

• Chinese ink painting workshop (approximately 14:30–16:30) with Eela Laitinen From 9 years, adults and children accompanied – 20 € – Registrations: eela.laitinen@gmail.com
• Opening at 6 PM in the presence of the artists

To preserve the site, access is on foot, by bike or by barge.
