In the footsteps of the Montesquieu family
Latour Ségur Castle in Lussac Saint-Emilion is located in a region rich in Gallo-Roman history and remains. In the third century Luccius, owner of vast estates gave its name to the village of Lussac. In the 12th century, the Count of Ségur, owner of the Castle, had his property confiscated by the Cistercians of the Abbey of Faise who made it their special residence. In the 18th century, Abbé Joseph de Montesquieu often invited his brother the philosopher to taste the wines already famous. Time passed. There have been great events... In our turn, we are waiting for you to create great moments.
