Built in 1954 under the OZO brand on Route Nationale 10 the Bellevue service station was abandoned in 1977 after the opening of the A10 motorway. Designed by an architect it was protected by the town of Sainte Maure de Touraine in 2010 at the request of Lauren Carré author of a book on the history of the RN10\\. On intervention of the UDAP37 it was labeled "Remarkable Contemporary Architecture" in 2018\\. The association Nostal'10 created in 2016 started its restoration in 2020.
