Overview

India dances, Dunkirk remembers.
On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the Dunkerque 1940 Museum – Operation Dynamo invites you to a moment of discovery and sharing around Indian dance, echoing our temporary exhibition dedicated to the Indian troops present in Dunkirk in 1940.
Come participate in two introductory sessions to Indian dance, accessible to all, hosted by the association Mastani. These workshops will be followed by a performance danced by the members of the association, offering a vivid and colorful glimpse of this artistic tradition rich in meaning.
A beautiful way to explore the historical links between India and Dunkirk through body, rhythm and culture.
