Discover the history of the Garonne River and its imprint on the city of Cazères-sur-Garonne. Located on the site of an old boathouse overlooking the river, the Maison Garonne offers a set of heritage, cultural and environmental actions. The museum space has a permanent route around the role of the river in the life of local people and a space for temporary exhibitions. It is further divided into four themes that explain the different facets of the river: the capricious, commercial, landscaped or preserved Garonne.
