The Heritage Boat Association will launch a new video showing the history, construction and condition of the now closed Kilbeggan line of the Grand Canal. The line runs from Ballycommon to Kilbeggan Harbour and though now closed and de-waterered, is largely intact. The launch takes place on Sunday August 24th in the Offaly Heritage Centre, Bury Quay, Tullamore at 2.00pm
