Kiltullagh Walk and Talk

Join Kiltullagh Killimordaly Heritage Society for a guided Walk & Talk around Kiltullagh village and its immediate surroundings, stepping back into the past exploring its routes and roots.

Local historian Kieran Jordan will lead a walk and talk on Sunday, 25 August, at 11.30 am. The event will start at Saints Peter & Paul’s Church, Kiltullagh (H65 KC89), and finish across from the church at the old school/community hall, where maps, images, and primary sources will be on display.

Discover key sites along the walk, including Kiltullagh Church, Mary Ward's thatched pub, the coffin rest, Kiltullagh graveyard, D'Arcy's Kiltullagh House, the forge/smithy, and the old school/community hall. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about Kiltullagh's past, its notable routes, and the stories of some of the former residents who lived in our community.

Join us for Tea in the Community Hall (old school) after the walk where we will have some local information on display.
