Nuestra cebolla es patrimonio inmaterial. Presente en nuestras huertas generación tras generación, así como en los mejores restaurantes de Euskadi y con presencia internacional. Su cultivo conlleva mucho conocimiento: obtención y conservación de semilla, creación de semilleros o “majuelos”, importancia de las lunas, trenzado de la cebolla para su almacenamiento... En el taller se podrá ver, tocar y saborear la cebolla en distintos estados, aprender sobre todo su proceso, hacerse con unas pocas semillas y aprender a trenzar una ristra de cebollas.

Our onion is an intangible heritage. Present in our orchards generation after generation, as well as in the best restaurants in the Basque Country and with international presence. Its cultivation involves a lot of knowledge: obtaining and preserving the seed, creating seedbeds or "majuelos", the importance of the moons, braiding the onion for storage... In the workshop you will be able to see, touch and taste the onion in different states, learn about the whole process, get hold of a few seeds and learn how to braid a string of onions.
