Overview:
Maryhill Burgh Halls is a unique heritage venue at the heart of Glasgow’s historic Maryhill district. First opened in 1878 as the civic centre of the independent Burgh of Maryhill, the Halls have been thoughtfully restored and reimagined as a vibrant community and cultural space.
While the interiors are modern and welcoming, the building’s historic character is preserved through its iconic sandstone exterior and a remarkable set of historic stained glass panels – rare surviving examples that depict the working lives of local people in the late 19th century.
Free on street parking but limited + 5/6 disabled bays.
There is refreshments but not all the time.
