The Friends Group proudly cares for the graveyard surrounding the former Maryhill Parish Church. We warmly welcome visitors to explore and discover the rich heritage of the historic Maryhill Road Graveyard.
The Friends of Maryhill Road Graveyard Group will welcome visitors and share the history of the Maryhill Road Graveyard on 21st September from 10am to 4pm.

Overview
The Friends Group has taken over the upkeep and maintenance of the graveyard surrounding the former Maryhill Parish Church. They will be there to greet visitors and to share the history of the graveyard.
The Church was demolished many years ago, but the graveyard, which had fallen into a terrible state of disrepair, is now accessible to the public following works undertaken by Glasgow City Council. The Friends of Maryhill Road Graveyard Group are now responsible for maintaining it and ensuring public access.
