6 September 2025 (11:00 - 17:00) The Masjid Alhikmah and Community Centre building was designed by British Architect Shahed Saleem. The building is an assemblage of references to local Aberdeen Granite architecture and Scottish History and Tartan Patterns, and traditions of Islamic art and architecture. Masjid Alhikmah is a place of worship - A welcoming hub for the community. An inclusive place where people can come together to pray, learn, meet, and reflect. Welcoming everyone and spreading the word and showcasing the beauty of the mosque and community. Tours will be available on an ad hoc basis.
