## 🎨 Christophe Daubié (Anepou): Textile Dialogues
### The Montpellier artist Christophe Daubié, alias Anepou, signs a collection of 15 curtains specially created to accompany the exhibition «From Africa».
His works stage a face-to-face between contemporary and traditional techniques.
We find there:
* the bright colors and the symmetry of wax, iconic fabrics that illuminate African markets,
* the ochres and reds of the earth,
* the deep blues and greens of the cupolas of Iranian mosques.
His creations are the result of a meticulous deconstruction, thread by thread, of rejected or abandoned fabrics, to which he gives new life in paintings, fabrics and tapestries.
