Building whose first elements date back to the 14th century. The manufacture of ice cream bars began at the very beginning of the 20th century. The manufacture of electricity, thanks to a hydroelectric generator, dates from 2019. 2025 the year of the association’s 30th anniversary was an opportunity to rejuvenate some panels of the mill AND especially a brand new video will welcome you to present the mill and explain the making of ice cream. You will then be able to perfect your knowledge during your visit accompanied by the Association of Friends of the Mill. You will finally be able to enjoy this site conducive to relaxation by consuming pancakes and drinks. It will be an opportunity for you, on Saturday afternoon to converse in patois and listen to some local stories in the presence of André Jaunay – member of the Heula Association Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
