Join ACRES West Connacht on a farm walk to discuss farmland management for improving biodiversity and creating wildlife habitats!

We will be visiting two species-rich fields to identify which grassland species and wildflowers are present and discuss on how we can assess farm management by looking at what plants are present in a field.

We will also discuss what farmers and landowners can do to increase nature value and how we use scorecards to assess the environmental benefits on farms!

The farm is within a two minute drive of Partry village and has plenty of parking available. Exact location and any other relevant information will be emailed out after booking.

This is a family-friendly event, but no dogs please as a working farm. Suitable, waterproof footwear will be needed.
