As one of the longest and most comprehensive conferences in the segment of institutions dealing with public memory, this conference has been organised this year for the 21st time. It has been held online from the end of May to the beginning of October. Video interviews with representatives of 42 museum, heritage and conservation projects that were awarded in the past year will provide a comprehensive insight into the best practices from all over the world, with the focus on the criteria of professional excellence, public values an innovation.
