Paris Olympique 1900-1924-2024 - Cultural Olympiad
This museum presents the customs and way of life of Seine-et-Marne's inhabitants through an ethnographic collection of more than 3,000 pieces, including farming tools and handcrafted instruments. The museum also traces the history of Brie farmers and their traditions, as well as paying tribute to writer Pierre Mac Orlan who spent a long part of his life in this village. There are also videos, a selection of books, and museum trails for children. The museum has an audiovisual space and resource centre on the history and ethnography of eastern Ile-de-France. You can also enjoy the museum's garden with traditional local plants (varieties of willow, roses from Provins, saponaria, garden iris, sorrel, etc.)
