Paxton House

7 September 2025 (11:00 - 14:00) Paxton House is a seventeenth century historic house nestled in 80 acres of grounds, gardens and woodland on the banks of the River Tweed. We are an independent charitable trust and exist to preserve our estate for public benefit. We offer daily house tours during our season as well as educational activities, exhibitions, a private events venue. For Doors Open Days we are welcoming visitors to explore the house and gardens free of charge between 11am and 2pm. Limited wheelchair access in some areas of the grounds and gardens.
