Saint-Michel hill, an exceptional site

This unique chapel thanks to its location, sitting on the Saint-Michel hill, is located in a green setting just above the eponymous cave and below the calvary with 3 crosses (view at 360°)... Pierre Martinez, a local painter, painted in the 1970s a mural in honor of Saint-Michel with a reminder of the different industries of Arudy, a perspective of the heart of the city as well as a self-portrait. Come and enjoy a guided tour of the chapel and the cave by the volunteers of the association Pyrène l'Ossaloise who, since 2019, are mobilized to promote its history, invest in its protection, its interior maintenance, to make it live.
