Dear Artists,
We are delighted to let you know that we will once again be hosting a Plein Air Art Day on Killyconny Bog, Mullagh, Co Cavan on Saturday, August 24th. This is the third year of running this event and each day was enjoyed by all with many inspired works created!

This year the artist guiding us will be Fergal Flanagan with some assistance from me! Fergal has been a tutor at the Burren Painting Centre, Lisdoonvarna for 20 years and has tutored in mainland Italy, Sardinia and Sicily with the Burren Painting Centre. He teaches 'plein air' painting in Achill each summer and recently pre covid organised a landscape painting course in Antequera, Andalucia, Spain. He is a tutor in art at Kilternan Adult Education School.
His medium is generally in oils but he also uses gouache and watercolour when travelling. He works outdoors as much as possible. (www.fergalflanagan.com).
