Led by the architect Stany Cambot, Echelle Inconnue sets up works and artistic experiences around minority, alternative or emerging urbanities, with populations not taken into account, even discriminated or invisibilized, because of their lifestyle. An urban war takes place, deaf and silent. We try to take part by bringing out the map of what is missing in our understanding of reality. Tracing the edges of a complex and polyphonic city rather than one-dimensional and consensual, from its margins or crisis spaces.
