The building was built in the neo-Renaissance style. A two-storey high room is dedicated to the Temple, named "Frédéric Piton Temple", in honour of this Strasbourg historian (1800-1871), author of the book "Strasbourg illustré". The building also includes a temple called "Temple Jean Macé", meeting rooms and a party room. It also has an organ, designed in 1889 by the organ builder Heinrich Koulen.
