Acabamos de recuperar en Segura la plaza creada a finales del siglo XVIII para el juego de la pelota. En un lado de la plaza se ha encontrado la base del frontis de rebote y en el otro la sacarra original. Ahora se pueden jugar las modalidades de pelota que se están perdiendo en esta plaza . Jugaremos un partido para revitalizar el patrimonio y después se hará un taller abierto. Se trata de recuperar el carácter que tenía la plaza hace 3 siglos, revitalizando el juego que le da sentido.

We have just recovered in Segura the square created at the end of the 18th century for the game of pelota. On one side of the square we have found the base of the rebound frontis and on the other the original sacra. Now it is possible to play the types of pelota that are being lost in this square. We will play a game to revitalise the heritage and afterwards there will be an open workshop. The aim is to recover the character that the square had 3 centuries ago, revitalising the game that gives it meaning.
