The scientific and expert conference will be used to consider the fundamental questions of sustainability of cultural heritage, tangible and intangible, in the continental Croatia, in both theory and practice, starting from its valorisation, protection and revitalisation to responsible governance.

The concept of sustainability of cultural heritage will be considered within three thematic units: the role and the importance of the local community in sustainability of cultural heritage, sustainability of cultural heritage as a factor of economic development and theory and practice of protection, preservation and presentation of cultural heritage.
