On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the Château Fort de Pirou opens its doors for an exceptional weekend of discovery under the sign of history, culture and preservation of heritage. Several years ago, this emblematic monument of the Channel, rooted in the medieval history of our region, benefited from important restoration works aimed at preserving its most fragile structures: ramparts, towers, roofs and original stones. These interventions, led by skilled craftsmen and volunteers, have given life to this place steeped in history, while respecting its authenticity.
