Self-guided tour of the exhibition 'Lyon, city dreamed' at the Jean Couty museum
Free visit of the exhibition "Lyon, city dreamed" which brings together a hundred works made by fifty artists from Lyon from the 20th century to today. Come discover Lyon as you have never seen it! Each artist conveys, through their personal palette and style, the soul of the city and its emblematic places: Saint-Jean Cathedral, Fourvière, Place Bellecour, the banks of the Rhône and the Saône. Among the many artists presented, we find the essential masters of the "Lyonnaise School" such as Jean Couty, André Cottavoz, Jean Fusaro, Jacques Truphémus, Pierre Combet-Descombes... Let us also mention contemporary artists such as Patrice Giorda, Alain Chevrette, or women artists like Micheline Colin, Michèle Caussin-Bellon and many others.
