Free visit of the castle
Vestiges include tours(towers,ballots) of the XIIIth century and of the XVth century, manorial home of the XVIIth century, detached house(flag) of the XVIIIth century, impressive common(shared), the whole was surrounded with staves(moats). These walls, which sheltered during the five centuries the Lords of Argouges, always speak about the fairy Andaine who, once disappeared through the window of the tower The castle was saved from complete ruins thanks to a team of passionate volunteers which, from 1968, began(undertook) his(her,its) restoration(catering). The monument is open to visit every day of the year and receives an exhibition during the summer of exhibitions(exposures) of art, as well as, first weekend of August, - sale of plants, furniture, accessories and decorations(sets) for the garden.
