The unique exhibition in Europe retraces the history of parachuting in all its forms, aircraft rescue, military and especially sporting. It is presented in a room located on the first floor of the Centre Ecole Régional de Parachutisme on the aerodrome of the Polygone. Many materials, parachutes, harness bags, anemometric instruments, helmets, suits and documents, photographs, testimonies… illustrate the evolution of skydiving since Garnerin’s first parachute jump in 1797.
