Works of art take time to create and they need time to reveal themselves.

This Slow Art event is designed to encourage you to really slow down during Heritage Week and to experience what happens when you give art time.

At 1pm, we will assemble for a brief introduction to four specific works of art inside St Fin Barre’s Cathedral. All participants will then go off and spend between five and ten minutes slowly looking at each artwork. Afterwards, we will reassemble and a discussion will be facilitated.
