Church built in c. 1941. A simple building reflective of war time architecture. A stained glass window is dedicated to merchant seaman Reginald Earnshaw.
A presentation will be given by a representative from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission on their work and how this relates to St David’s Church.
Information will be given about how CWGC guided tours can be taken in local cemeteries.

Holding this event at St David’s was prompted by the stained glass window that is in situ. dedicated to the youngest military victim of WWII, 14 year old Reginald Earnshaw who is buried in Edinburgh
