Stroll and reading of sensitive landscape with two voices around the work 'In the eyes of Badine'
On the occasion of the Heritage Day, the Camille Lambert School and Contemporary Art Space and the House of Suburbs and Architecture offer a two-voice visit around the sensitive orientation table In the eyes of Badine of Édouard Sautai followed by a stroll through the tales gathered by the artist. In the eyes of Badine is a work for public space inviting to take another look at the urban and everyday landscape. Near or far, big or small, the artist did not establish a rule for selecting what he chose to include on this sensitive orientation reading table: incongruous objects, extraordinary stories of architecture, insignificant details, monuments, etc. From this exploration was born an open ring presenting reworked photographs, observation drawings, texts and legends that show what is ultimately not very visible... a form of revealing the landscape. The tour continues to discover a century of history thanks to the architectural diversity and landscape design within the Val district.
