La agricultura se ha ido adaptando al entorno y es fruto de este largo proceso lo que llamamos biodiversidad culta. Sus variedades constituyen un patrimonio que merece ser valorado, un patrimonio agrícola, pero también gastronómico y cultural. En esta sesión, mientras arrancamos semillas juntos, descubriremos la importancia de las variedades autóctonas, compartiremos conocimientos y alimentaremos el archivo de semillas Haziera, depositario de este patrimonio.

Agriculture has been adapting to the environment and it is the fruit of this long process that we call cultivated biodiversity. Its varieties constitute a heritage that deserves to be valued, an agricultural heritage, but also a gastronomic and cultural heritage. In this session, while we start seeds together, we will discover the importance of native varieties, share knowledge and feed the Haziera seed archive, the repository of this heritage.
