Print Van Go, travelling print studio and The Printmakers' Garden Club will host a child-led printmaking pop-up morning all about ‘The Crop, The Shop and The Table’ at the Thurles Farmers Market on Saturday 24th August in collaboration with Clonoulty Tidy Villages.

This pop-up workshop and event will support the Printmakers' Garden Club young members in learning more about local food producers and where our food comes from while sharing the work they are doing at Clonoulty community garden with a wider audience through traditional letterpress and screen printing techniques.

The club members will be tasked with interviewing the local food producers at the market to build connections with our local food making and cultural heritage. They will demonstrate traditional printmaking processes as part of the pop-up; printing tote bags and tea towels with messages from the Clonoulty community on the simple joys of community gardening and from the traders at Thurles Farmers Market on local food production.
